IMAGE USE LICENSE AND AGREEMENT |
| whbIMAGES.com does not "sell" images, but grants a license to use images for either limited or unlimited usage. Usage rights to the Schools and to the Atheletes depicted in an image will be granted free of charge. The user may not transfer, assign or license any image to a third party. The user may not make any type of copy, digital or printed, with the intent of re-licensing or reselling the image. All image licenses are granted to the original purchaser only and may not be transferred or sold to anyone else. The user shall not not use our images for any sort of illegal purpose including obscene, pornographic, libelous, or slanderous usages. Our images do not knowingly violate any trademarks or service marks. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless whbIMAGES.com and its photographer, W. H. Bloodworth against any and all claims, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from any unauthorized use of an image. |
